Plan Design

Once a group has worked with CHP to complete the design phase of their benefit plan, our plan building team takes the customized plan and builds the coding into our claims administration system to the group plan specifications. Variations on calendar year or plan year deductibles and out-of-pocket amounts, annual or lifetime benefits paid (or incurred), internal service limitations on price per procedure or number of procedures, and many other available features are combined into a cohesive plan. The end result is a customized system module for the group that supports the administrative activities of participant enrollment, claims adjudication, provider relations, finance, and client reporting.
