Strong communication skills, medical/dental claims processing experience and an understanding of ICD-9 & CPT-4 coding are required for this position. A positive attitude and strong customer service skills are necessary. We will consider a candidate for a Claims Analyst Trainee position with an understanding of health insurance claims, and some data processing and customer service experience.
